We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@havenlit.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, not satisfied), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
