1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@havenlit.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, not satisfied), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items marked as non-refundable in the product description

  • Items with obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@havenlit.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your PayPal or bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or PayPal
