Delivery Day Guidelines and Damage Policy
On The Day Of The Delivery
Your shed will be delivered on a weekday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. and call the carrier on the morning of delivery to confirm.
When The Truck Arrives
Before the driver unloads your shed. verify that the shipping label shows your correct name and address. If there are any discrepancies. please call us our customer service line. Take photos of the packaged shed while it's still on the truck. The driver will use the liftgate to lower your shed to the ground near the truck.
Inspect Damage
Before signing for your shed delivery. please take a moment to inspect it for any damage. If you find any issues. write "Damaged" on the delivery receipt and take photos. including the pallet. Then. contact our customer support team for assistance. We'll happily replace any damaged parts if the delivery receipt is marked "Damaged."
